¼ C water
¼ C unflavoured gelatin
Combine till soaked

Add ¾ C boiling water to above combination and blend till smooth – cool

Add to blender

½ C cashews
½ C almonds
1/8 C Nutritional Yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder/garlic powder
¼ c rice vinegar
2 tbsp chopped red pepper

Pour in gelatin/water mixture & blend well.

Pour into oiled containers, refrigerate and let solidify. Slice and enjoy!
