1 ½ cups of water (room temp.)
2 tbsps. Oil
2 tbsps. Honey
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup cornmeal
2 cups barley/rice flour
1 ½ cups oat flour
4 tsp. vinegar
4 tsp. yeast (room temp.)

Put all ingredients into bread maker and use whole grain setting. This is for a large loaf in a 1 ½ to 2 pound bread maker. I find mixing the ingredients after you’ve put them in the bread maker helps take a bit of the load off the machine and seems to allow it to rise better. Hope it works out for you. (Obviously, you can add any herbs, olives, seeds or nuts you like!)
