1 C brown rice flour
½ C tapioca starch
½ C cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ C honey
1 C nuts
½ tsp unflavored gelatin
2 tsp cinnamon
1 grated apple
2 C grated carrot
½ C raisins
½ C coconut
3 eggs
¼ C olive oil

Mix all ingredients together

Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
