4 cups almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
½ cup cocnut + ½ cup honey

Heat oven to 325 F. Combine the almond flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and pecans in a bowl.
Combine vanilla, egg, coconut oil and honey in another bowl. Add dry to wet & mix
Drop 2 tablespoon portion on cookie sheet 2” apart & bake 10-12 minutes.

“Butter” Pecan Cookies (18-20 cookies)
