2 2/3 cups almond butter
½ lb (250 g) coconut oil, softened
¼ cup honey
1 c ground pecans

Heat oven to 300 F. Mix all ingredients. Shape the cookies into small crescents or half moons and place close together on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until edges turn brown and cool on a cookie sheet rack.
